We just closed on our Destin beach condo and our realtor Kay is the BEST REALTOR ever. We fell in love with Sandpiper Cove two years ago but wanted a unit where we could keep our boat. It has been a tough buyer’s market with low sales inventory and condos selling the same day they listed. Kay stuck with us for 2 years and was finally able to find us the perfect place BEFORE IT WENT ON THE MARKET. We drove down to Destin the same day we got her call and made a full price offer. The sellers wanted a delayed closing so Kay set us up with a property management company (Destin SkyRun) and we were able to set up rental bookings long before we closed. After closing we made some quick purchases to update some furniture. We couldn’t fit one of the items in the car so called Kay. She quickly drove over to our location and allowed us to put the item in her SUV and drove it to our condo. The condo started renting two days after closing and is already booked half the summer! Kay is extremely knowledgeable about the condo rental business and has been very patient with the many questions I have asked her! I can’t say enough good things about Kay and all of her attention to detail. Kay has my strongest possible endorsement as an AWESOME REALTOR. We will use her again when we purchase our next unit!
